East India Harbour Reflections

The River Clyde was beautifully calm last Sunday when I took this photograph.

These boats can be found in Greenock's East India harbour.  I liked the way the mast was reflected in the water.

  1. WOW! The water is so still and it leads itself to this perfect reflection. Have a great weekend.

  4. I like how the picture has a vertical symetry, beside the horizontal one figured by the reflection in the water...

  5. Beautiful shot, the one boat out on its own kind of looks like it has been banished from its friends

  7. Stupid question - why is it called East India harbour? Anything to do with the East India Trading Company?

    1. Greenock had a lot of trading links with the East Indies - therefore the name!
