Lovely last glimpse of the leaves. Still, I'm very struck by the photographic record of the state of the trees at the Remembrance ceremony at the Cenotaph in London. In the last 20 years the trees still have their leaves, every year, whereas before that they were uniformly bare.
The trees are changing so quickly. The lovely shades of orange, yellow and red disappear before I am ready. The enjoyment is so brief.
ReplyDeleteI am in Paris and the leaves are quickly falling.
